Oshkosh Mayor doesn't blink - "Box Angel" to be installed in Park

The Oshkosh Northwestern reports in the article linked above that despite threats of litigation from the Madison-based "Freedom From Religion Foundation", Oshkosh Mayor Bill Castle is sticking with plans to allow the installation of a "Box Angel" memorial in Menominee Park.
